Randolph Ewing has over 38 years of broad and diverse experience providing legal advice on all types of business transactions. His primary expertise is in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, international law, finance, sports and general business. Randolph’s clients include private equity firms, large privately-owned middle market companies, small private companies and individual entrepreneurs, investors, and sports coaches, players and executives.
Randolph’s creative strategies and legal expertise enable him to offer a full range of practical business and legal advice to achieve successful results in the structuring, negotiation and consummation of business contracts and transactions. His past experiences as an owner and director of various businesses, coupled with his legal background, provide expertise to his clients to assist them in closing their transactions on mutually acceptable terms and conditions.
Randolph received his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1975, his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1977, and his Masters of Business Administration in 1978, all from the University of Texas at Austin. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas; is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Houston Bar Association, and is certified to appear before the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Ewing is the past President of the Houston Chapter of the Association of Corporate Growth and the Houston Chapter of the University of Texas Alumni. He currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee of the Memorial Hermann Hospital System.
